Transitioning from a career in hockey to becoming a middle school teacher, coaching high school hockey and high level comp hockey for the Anchorage Hockey Association (AHA), Shasby’s Multi-Sport Camp and the development me of the UAA Summer Sports Camp, Anchorage Wolverines Hockey & UAA Hockey’s healthy coexistence and filling the void in a hockey hungry community, forecasting a bright future for Anchorage hockey, local games, excitement and the vibe at the UAA Seawolves Sports Complex home games and the new student section,  the need for building new facilities, current repairs at the Ben Boeke & Dempsey hockey arenas, “The Game” 2018 Ponytail Tournament and the dramatic results, the hockey development ladder, coaching quality from the ground up, learning fundamentals, unique skating exercises and training to re-fine the skills of a good skater, building a program and the NCAA “Transfer Portal”, developing leaders with-in the leader, a team with-out a conference, building a scheduled as an independent, finding quality opponents and league ranks, “InStat” virtual/video player talent and scouting, a shout out out to the UAA assistant coaches (Trevor Stewart, Kevin Murdock & Aaron McPherson), the Canucks game puck drop, Coyotes playing @ AZ State, team USA and the talent group from the 1980 birth year
